The program leaves a lot of *.vicache files in the temp directory under the sub-directory named "Hex Editor Neo 5.13". You might clean-up better after execution.
Hex Editor Neo uses vector icons which it rasterizes depending on user's DPI setting. vicache files are a cache of rasterized vector icons to speed-up the following launches of application.
It is always safe to delete these files. Moreover, Hex Editor Neo may be configured not to use vector cache, if required: go to Tools -> Settings -> General Tab and check the "Disable vector image caching" option.
